We offer scholarships for students attending two- or four-year colleges each year.

Our Scholarships

The Affinity Foundation has provided nearly $230,000 in scholarships to student members of Affinity since its founding in 2005. This year, you could be one of six students to receive a $2,500 scholarship!* Coming Soon: Portal Opens March 17, 2025. Applications due by May 19, 2025.

Awarded to graduating high school seniors pursuing an undergraduate degree in the fall.

Awarded to current undergraduate students transferring to an accredited two or four year college/university.

Awarded to high school, undergraduate, or transfer students pursuing an undergraduate degree at Rutgers University this fall.

Meet Our 2024 Scholarship Winners

Allison Byrne

I am extremely grateful to have received the Community Spirit Scholarship from The Affinity Foundation. The Affinity Foundation’s generosity is helping me continue serving others as a student at the University of Notre Dame. I plan to major in Chemical Engineering and be an active member of Notre Dame’s IDEA Center where I will study entrepreneurship.

*The Affinity Federal Credit Union Foundation offers a one-time $2,500 scholarship to Affinity Federal Credit Union student members who are U.S. citizens or U.S. resident aliens and are members of Affinity in good standing. Members in good standing are defined as members not having a negative share account balance, and/or delinquency on an Affinity Federal Credit Union loan, a dormant account status, or having any liens or judgments attached to their account. Applicants are only eligible to be awarded one scholarship per academic year.
