1. Checking Accounts

MoreChecking: To avoid imposition of fees you must maintain an average daily balance of $1,000 in your account. If your average daily balance falls below the required minimum daily balance, your account will be subject to a minimum average balance fee of $7.00 for that month. If your daily balance on any day falls below $1,000, rate reverts to 0% until the minimum balance requirement is met on any day your account balance falls below the required minimum daily balance, your account will be subject to a service fee of $7.00 for that month. Rate may change after account is opened.

Cash Back Debit: There is no minimum opening deposit or balance requirement.

Cash Back Plus: There is no minimum opening deposit or balance requirement.

High-Yield Checking: APY = Annual Percentage Yield. APY is effective as of 9/3/2024. The APY is accurate as of the latest dividend declaration date. Dividend rates and annual percentage yield are subject to change after the account is opened at our discretion without notice to you. We do not impose a limit on the amount the dividend rate and Annual Percentage Yield on your account may change. The dividend rate on your account is determined by the credit union. There is no initial deposit requirement to open this account. There is no minimum balance requirement for this account. Fees could reduce earnings on this account. One account per member allowed. Affinity membership is required with $5 deposit to membership eligibility account. This account is not offered for members who already have an active Cash Back Plus account opened.

If your daily balance is $15,000 or less, the dividend rate paid on the entire balance will be 5.35%, with an APY of 5.50%. A dividend rate and APY of 0.50% will be paid only on the portion of your daily balance that is greater than $15,000. If qualifying criteria are not met, the dividend rate and APY of 0.05% will be paid on the entire balance of the account in the same dividend period.

2. Savings Accounts

MoreSavings: There is no minimum opening deposit or balance requirement. Minimum balance to earn the stated APY depends on the tier as indicated in the above table. If the account balance falls below the minimum stated for a particular tier, the next lowest tier's APY will apply. For example, if an account meets the minimum balance requirements for Tier 2 at the start of the dividend period, but the balance subsequently falls below the minimum balance requirement for Tier 2 during the same dividend period, then the account will earn the stated APY for the corresponding Tier 1 account. Rate may change after account is opened.

SmartStart Savings: APY = Annual Percentage Yield. APY is effective as of 2/23/2023. The APY is accurate as of the latest dividend declaration date. Dividend rates and annual percentage yield are subject to change after the account is opened at our discretion without notice to you. We do not impose a limit on the amount the dividend rate and Annual Percentage Yield on your account may change. The dividend rate on your account is determined by the credit union. There is no initial deposit requirement to open this account. There is no minimum balance requirement for this account. Fees could reduce earnings on this account. One account per member allowed.

If your daily balance is $10,000 or less, the dividend rate paid on the entire balance will be 3.92%, with an APY of 4.00%. A dividend rate of 1.00% will be paid only on the portion of your daily balance that is greater than $10,000. The APY for this tier will range from 4.00% to 1.12%, depending on the balance in the account.

Affinity High-Yield Saving Account: APY = Annual Percentage Yield. APY is effective as of 9/20/2024. The APY is accurate as of the latest dividend declaration date. Dividend rates and annual percentage yield are subject to change after the account is opened at our discretion and without notice to you. We do not impose a limit on the amount the dividend rate and annual percentage yield on your account may change. The dividend rate on your account is determined by the credit union. There is no initial deposit requirement to open this account. There is no minimum balance requirement for this account. Fees could reduce earnings on this account.

If your average daily balance is $100,000 or more, the dividend rate paid on the entire balance in your account will be 3.44% with an annual percentage yield of 3.50%. If your average daily balance is less than $100,000, the dividend rate paid on the entire balance will be 0.05% with an annual percentage yield of 0.05%.

Performance Savings: APY = Annual Percentage Yield. APY is effective as of 9/3/2024. The APY is accurate as of the latest dividend declaration date. Dividend rates and annual percentage yield are subject to change after the account is opened at our discretion without notice to you. We do not impose a limit on the amount the dividend rate and Annual Percentage Yield on your account may change. The dividend rate on your account is determined by the credit union. There is no initial deposit requirement to open this account. There is no minimum balance requirement for this account. Fees could reduce earnings on this account. One account per member allowed. Affinity membership is required with $5 deposit to membership eligibility account. An active Cash Back Plus or High-Yield Checking is required to be eligible to open Performance Savings. If your daily balance is $250,000 or less, the dividend rate paid on the entire balance will be 2.96%, with an APY of 3.00%. A dividend rate and APY of 0.50% will be paid only on the portion of your daily balance that is greater than $250,000. Closure of this account does not terminate credit union membership. However, if your account(s) is closed before its rewards are credited, you will forfeit the account(s)’ rewards.

If qualifying criteria are not met, the dividend rate and APY of 0.05% will be paid on the entire balance of the account in the same dividend period.

3. Youth Accounts

Savvy Saver: Available for members ages 1–12. Account will be converted to a Regular Savings account at the time of the owner's 13th birthday. There is no minimum opening deposit or balance requirement. Minimum balance to earn stated APY is $0.01.

Teen Checking and Savings: Available for members aged 13-16. Accounts will be converted to Revolution Spend and Revolution Save accounts respectively, at the time of the owner's 17th birthday. There is no minimum opening deposit or balance requirement. Minimum balance to earn stated APY is $0.01.

Revolution Spend: Available for members aged 17-24. There is no minimum opening deposit or balance requirement. Account owners will be awarded Even More Status in the Affinity More Program on the first of the month following account opening and will retain this status for the duration of their time in this account.

Revolution Save: Available for members aged 17-24. There is no minimum opening deposit or balance requirement. Minimum balance to earn the stated APY depends on the tier as indicated in the above table. Dividends are compounded daily and credited monthly. Dividends are calculated by the daily balance method, which applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in your account each day. Balances between $0 - $2,500 will always earn 1.25% APY on all balances in this range. Balances of $2,500.01 and above will earn between 0.25% APY on total balances in this range. Account owners will be awarded Even More Status in the Affinity More Program on the first of the month following account opening and will retain this status for the duration of their time in this account.

4. Credit Cards

Rates as displayed will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate. See credit card pricing & terms for additional details. Premium Visa, Pure Rewards Visa and Cash Rewards Visa Signature rates as displayed are effective when you open your account, based on creditworthiness.

For cash advances an APR of 18% will apply and the fee is 3% of the amount of each cash advance of $10.00, whichever is greater. For balance transfers a fee of $10.00 or 5% of the amount of each transfer will apply, whichever is greater (maximum: $500.00).

5. Auto Loans

APR= Annual Percentage Rate. New and used auto loan rates in effect for loans applied for. Rates effective as of 09/03/24. Rates include 0.25% reduction off the standard auto loan interest rate with automatic payments made from your Affinity account. The rate without automatic payments will be higher. Monthly payment amounts vary be term and rate. For example, the minimum payment for a $20,000 loan with a term of 60 months and 5.56% APR has an estimated monthly payment of $382.61. Loan decision, APR, terms of loan, year, make, model and loan to value of vehicle and/or amount borrowed are all subject to applicant credit worthiness. Maximum loan term restrictions may apply. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Vehicles eligible for new auto loan rates are current or previous model year or newer, with fewer than 2,500 miles. Vehicles eligible for used auto loan or refinance rates are 9 years old or newer. Vehicles eligible for older model used auto loan or refinance rates are between 10 and 15 years old. Interest accrues from the date the loan is funded. All loans are subject to credit review and approval. Must be a member in good standing and meet all lending requirements.

6. Mortgages

APR = Annual Percentage Rate. Rates as shown are for 0 discount points, for a single-family, owner-occupied property. Rates, APRs and fees can vary depending on the size of the loan and the personal qualifications of individual members. Down-payment of less than 20% requires mortgage insurance. Property and flood insurance where required. Escrow account for the payment of taxes and insurance will be established. Rates may increase after consummation. 7. Home Equity

APR = Annual Percentage Rate. All Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs) are subject to credit review and approval. A 5.99% introductory rate applies to HELOC balances for the first 12 months from the date of account opening. After the introductory period, the fully indexed rate applies to any new or existing balances. The fully indexed rate is a variable APR as low as 7.625%, plus a margin that ranges from 0.00% to 1.50%, which varies depending on individual credit qualifications, credit limit amount, loan-to-value ratio, and other criteria that may apply. The advertised rate of 7.625% is based on a Combined Loan-to-Value ratio (CLTV) of 75% and a maximum loan amount of $1,000,000. The advertised rate includes a 0.25% reduction off the standard interest rate when you set up automatic payments from an Affinity account, in addition to a first lien rate discount of 0.125% when Affinity holds the first lien against the subject property. Without automatic payments or first lien status, the rate will be higher. Rate discounts do not apply to the introductory rate. The variable APR is based on the Prime Rate (as published in the Wall Street Journal), which as of 11/08/2024, is at 7.75%. Therefore, depending on the date you apply, the advertised rate(s) may not be available. If the Prime Rate increases or decreases, the variable APR and minimum requirements payment will change accordingly. The standard minimum APR (floor rate) is 3.00% and the maximum APR (ceiling rate) assessed by Affinity cannot increase by more than 6% above the initial fully indexed rate. Offered rates are subject to change without notice. The maximum term of a HELOC is 30 years which consists of a 10-year draw period followed by a 20-year repayment period. Introductory rate is only available for new loans.

Home equity lines of credit are available in all states except Texas. Certain states may require a closing attorney. State specific fees may apply at closing. Homeowners’ insurance is required. Flood Insurance is required where necessary. Lender’s title Insurance may be required based on loan amount. Eligible properties include owner-occupied, 1-4 family residences, warrantable condominiums and townhomes. Investment properties, second homes, vacation homes, cooperatives, mobile homes, and purchase money transactions are excluded. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

8. Certificate Accounts

Certificates (Including IRA, ESA and Business Certificates): *

APY = Annual Percentage Yield. Rates are accurate as of 10/18/2024 and are subject to change without notice. After the Certificate is opened, you cannot make deposits into the account. Unless otherwise noted, certificates can be opened with a minimum deposit of $500. The APY is based on an assumption that dividends will remain in the account until maturity. Certificates will automatically renew on the maturity date for the same term unless otherwise noted. The dividend rate in effect at the time the certificate renews will be applied on the account. The account holder has a ten (10) day grace period to change the term or close the certificate account without penalty. Penalties apply for early withdraw and could reduce earnings on the account. If funds are withdrawn before the maturity date, the penalty will equal 90 days’ dividends on your certificate account with a term of one year or less, and a penalty of up to 182 days’ dividends for certificates with a term of more than one year. The penalty calculated as forfeiture of part of dividends that have been or would have been earned on the account. It applies whether or not dividends have been earned. We will impose an early withdrawal penalty of at least seven (7) days’ simple interest if funds are withdrawn within six days of the date of deposit or within six days of the date of the immediately preceding partial withdrawal. We reserve the right to require at least seven (7) days written notice of an intended withdrawal. In other words, if the account has not yet earned enough dividends or if the dividend has already been paid, the penalty will be deducted from the principal. Certificates are available to Affinity members only. Contact an employee for further information about applicable fees and terms.

8-Month Promotional Certificate (Personal Term Only): Balances of $500 or more earn an APY of 4.50%. On the maturity date, the certificate will automatically renew to a 6-month term at the rate in effect for that term at the time of renewal.

14-Month Promotional Certificates (Including IRA and Business Certificates): Balances of $100,000 or greater earn an APY of 4.25%. Balances between $50,000 and $99,999.99 earn an APY of 4.15%, and balances between $500 and $49,999.99 earn an APY of 4.05%. On the maturity date, the certificate will automatically renew to a 12-month term at the rate in effect for that term at the time of renewal.

22-Month Promotional Certificates (Including IRA and Business Certificates): Balances of $100,000 or greater earn an APY of 3.50%. Balances between $50,000 and $99,999.99 earn an APY of 3.40%, and balances between $500 and $49,999.99 earn an APY of 3.30%. On the maturity date, the certificate will automatically renew to a 24-month certificate at the rate in effect for that term at the time of renewal.

15 and 30-Month Certificates: Certificates offer a one-time bump up option during the term.

9. IRA Savings, ESA and HSA

Health Savings Account There is no minimum opening deposit or balance requirement. Minimum balance to earn stated APY is $0.01.

IRA Accumulator and Education Savings: There is no minimum opening deposit requirement.

IRA Money Manager There is no minimum opening deposit requirement.

10. RV and Motorcycle Loans

RV Loans: APR= Annual Percentage Rate. Rates effective as of 09/03/24. Rates include 0.25% reduction off the standard auto loan interest rate with automatic payments made from your Affinity account. The rate without automatic payments will be higher. Monthly payment amounts vary be term and rate. For example, the minimum payment for a $25,000 loan with a term of 60 months and 8.91% APR has an estimated monthly payment of $517.92. Loan decision, APR, terms of loan, year, make, model and loan to value of vehicle and/or amount borrowed are all subject to applicant creditworthiness. Maximum loan term restrictions may apply. Maximum loan amount is $100,000. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Interest accrues from the date the loan is funded. All loans are subject to credit review and approval. Must be a member in good standing and meet all lending requirements.

Motorcycle Loans: Rates include 0.25% reduction for automatic payments made from your Affinity account. Loan decision, APR, terms of loan, year, make, model and loan to value of vehicle and/or amount borrowed are all subject to applicant credit worthiness. Must be a member in good standing and meet all lending requirements. Motorcycle loans with amounts less than or equal to $10,000 have a 60 month maximum term.
