Qualifications: The following criteria must be met to qualify for the account(s)' rewards: at least 12 Debit card transactions, at least one Direct Deposit or ACH credit transaction (a minimum of $250 or more for each), and enrollment in electronic statements. Closure of this account does not terminate credit union membership. However, if your account(s) is closed before its rewards are credited, you will forfeit the account(s)’ rewards. Cash back offer terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Cash back earned may be reported on an IRS 1099 Form, if applicable.

The ATM refund will be received at the end of the statement cycle. When the qualifications are not met, ATM withdrawal fees are not refunded.

³APY = Annual Percentage Yield. APY is effective as of 9/3/2024. The APY is accurate as of the latest dividend declaration date. Dividend rates and annual percentage yield are subject to change after the account is opened at our discretion without notice to you. We do not impose a limit on the amount the dividend rate and Annual Percentage Yield on your account may change. The dividend rate on your account is determined by the credit union. This account requires an initial opening deposit of $5.00. There is no minimum balance requirement for this account. Fees could reduce earnings on this account. One account per member allowed. Affinity membership is required with $5 deposit to membership eligibility account. This account is not offered for members who already have an active Cash Back Plus account opened.

Qualifications: The following criteria must be met to qualify for the stated dividend rate: at least 12 Debit card transactions, at least one Direct Deposit or ACH credit transaction (a minimum of $250 or more for each), and enrollment in electronic statements. If your daily balance is $15,000 or less, the dividend rate paid on the entire balance will be 5.35%, with an APY of 5.50%. A dividend rate and APY of 0.50% will be paid only on the portion of your daily balance that is greater than $15,000. If qualifying criteria are not met, the dividend rate and APY of 0.05% will be paid on the entire balance of the account in the same dividend period. Closure of this account does not terminate credit union membership. However, if your account(s) is closed before its rewards are credited, you will forfeit the account(s)’ rewards.

The ATM refund will be received at the end of the statement cycle. When the qualifications are not met, ATM withdrawal fees are not refunded.

⁴Early access to direct deposit funds depends on the timing of the submission of the payment file from the payer. Once your direct deposit goes into effect, Affinity may make these funds available on the day the payment file is received, which may be up to 2 days earlier than the scheduled payment date. On occasion, we may not receive your deposit information ahead of time from the ACH originator and may not be able to post your deposit early. In this case, your deposit will post on the scheduled posting date. We recommend that you do not write checks or authorize any other withdrawals against your direct deposit funds until you verify the funds have been posted to your account. Affinity FCU is not responsible for overdraft fees or penalties resulting from transactions that occur due to anticipated early direct deposit postings.

⁵You can make an unlimited number of withdrawals from ATMs in our surcharge-free CO-OP Network without any surcharge from the owner of the ATM. When you use an ATM not owned by us or part of our network, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator, or any network used (and you may be charged a fee for a balance inquiry even if you do not complete a fund transfer).
